• Manage commissioning of 1.75 Mt/a gold processing plant and power station.
• Manage completions phase of project from planning to completion – Construction handover → Commissioning → Close out.
• Generate and manage all associated documentation, scheduling, commissioning plans, completions plans, scope documents, handover packs and manuals.
• Ensure project commissioned to schedule and within budget.
• Control System commissioning.
• Electrical and Instrumentation.
